How should I prepare for my pet’s appointment?
Please bring:
- Any medical history or vaccination records

- Notes on recent behavioural changes or concerns
If your pet tends to be nervous or anxious, contact us ahead of time—we’re happy to offer advice for making the visit more comfortable.
Do you offer payment plans?
While we do not offer in-house payment plans, we proudly accept CareCredit and Scratchpay, which provide financing options to help manage your veterinary expenses with flexible terms.
Can I get my pet’s medications through your clinic?
Yes! We carry a variety of commonly prescribed medications and preventative treatments in-house. You can also order from our online pharmacy for added convenience. Ask us how to get started.

We do not currently offer in-house wellness plans, but we work with most major pet insurance providers. Our team can help you navigate your options and provide documentation for claim submission.
When should I schedule my pet’s first visit?
New pets should be seen as soon as possible. For puppies and kittens, we recommend their first exam at 6 to 8 weeks of age. Early visits help us establish a wellness plan and detect any health concerns early on.
